Think the 1980's movie Gung Ho without the happy come together ending. There is very much a Korean way of doing things, non stop fire drills in large part because upper management refuses to understand the Media Industry or US way of doing things. Upper management talk in Korean amongst their own group and makes it feel very them against us. There are times they will be talking about an employee with them in the room. My boss scheduled a meeting 430 the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, Can be a stressful environment. Also very hard to get even a minimal raise despite working long hours and exceeding goals.
