Cons
* You don't have authority to take any single decision * Not much for learning and for your personal growth * People are keep staying since long time, so you don't have space to grow * Frequent Sudden Layoffs * Boss Culture, You have to report to your boss for every single or small decision or even for baby step * Korean Companies and Korean Management doesn't care about Indian Employees, they just through their decision and everyone has to follow them blindly without any other option, question or second thought
