Cons
- Management is not efficient in understand company goals and translate it in projects. - Sometimes the projects need to focus in move the state of the art, other times ptojects needs to boost device sales. - All teams under the same department had different goals and tasks which made impossible to reach the department goals. - Managers avoid conlifcts and cooperation - they are only concerned in not with its own objectives. - Several studies and reports are made without any reason to it. On the other hand, several initiatives could be started after such reports, but no one cares about it. - Performance is badly evaluated. No matter what you did, directors will promote their "friends" or the ones who demanded higher salary.
