Cons
No effort or intention to create any sort of culture or provide anything more than the bare minimum perks, benefits or work/life flexibility to staff. This is just a building where you go to do your work for 8.5 hours (if you don't have to stay back) and then go home - rinse and repeat day after day. If you are looking for an amazing, progressive workplace - this ain't it
