Because it's a small company, out-of-the-box thinking and independent problem-solving is often required. This is not a place you should work if you want to do simple, repetitive tasks with a clearly outlined procedure.

There was an option to work remotely, and some team members were genuinely great to work with.

The culture was toxic, with employees being let go without clear reasons. There was no real support for improvement, as guidance or proper feedback was often missing. Favoritism was a problem, with some staying on board despite poor performance. The company lacked diversity, and there seemed to be no effort to change that. HR was led by the CEO's spouse, creating a conflict of interest.
