Well suited for people with entrepreneurial mind set who can try new things and will feel listened to in a safe space. Young friendly team and flexible working, both in office and from home. Trust among management and colleagues in a very new and interesting industry.
Cons
Not many benefits if compared to big corporations. Not suited for a person who doesn't like change and is scared to try new things. You need to be a self-starter and being resilient to thrive but you will be rewarded by always feeling you are learning and growing.
