Pros
If you are willing to work the job will be there and the paycheck is consistent. There are some good people working for the company and some of the Managers do care about the employees, trying their best to support good workers to keep things flowing.
Cons
The company runs on micromanagement and fear from the GM level and above. Every week there are multiple threats of some higher-level boss coming in and yes, we've all seen these bosses come in and fear the fall out we will get from the GM when they leave, because nothing is ever good enough. Management seems more worried that something made them look bad to their boss, instead of providing the best experience to the members. Everything can change on a whim from day to day, even by the same Managers. You can follow directions given today and two days later you are given completely different directions by the same manager with a denial that they ever gave you the initial direction. The entire organization seems to be ran on reactionary reflexes from higher level managers coming in and changing everything based on something they saw or heard that they feel will get them better recognition.
