Pros
The have a good benefit package and the pay is higher than a Wal Mart. They also provide meals several times a month and do different type of activities for employees.
Cons
The pay is not competitive to other membership type retail environments and the leadership is basically put up, shut up. Their is a high turnover rate in the hourly supervisors and you are constantly having to deal with some new best way of doing things. In the 4 years I have worked here I'm on my 12th hourly supervisor.
