Pros

The environment is very fast paced. There are lots of people employed at the facility so it it nice to work with all kinds of backgrounds etc. There are always several managers on duty so assistance is there when you need it. The company does a great job of keeping the employees happy with incentives, and contests.

Cons

The support from Home office is non-existent. If you need hours to schedule for an event they are not given to you. Then when the results are not executed to standard "accountability" is thrown around. The hours for management are grueling. A 10 hour day turns into 13 easily. At times you are expected to train yourself in areas that you are not familiar with. You are the asked to train someone else how your ability to "wing it". Open door policy = BS ! If you are wanted out you're gone, there is no Union to help you and as I just mentioned, do not buy into the crap about the open door"

Pros

The pay is good and so are the benefits.

Cons

This is the worst job I have ever had. I made it 3 weeks before leaving and never coming back. They had me working 12 hour shifts when I was scheduled for 8 but couldn’t leave because I wasn’t finished with the large workload they piled on me. There was absolutely no teamwork, our manager just abandoned us so they could go hang out with their friends. There was no organization, no structure. 100% sure my manager never even knew my name. They had us breaking down pallets just to restack them. There are no consequences for management at all, they can basically do whatever they want and nobody is gonna do anything to stop it. If they're short they throw you into different departments with no training.
