Pros

Can get plenty of hours-I can be scheduled 28.5 hours and end up with 34-37hours a week Decent starting rate-$9.00 starting rate Recognition for a job well done-The management will tell you almost everyday that you have done a good job Friendly Management-At the end of the day I am thanked for coming in Opportunity for advancement-You can work in different area based on what youi put doown for your career preferences

Cons

Lots of pressure to sell Plus Memberships and the potiental of being fired or bumped to a different department if you are meeting your quota which is two a week. Crazy hours which don't leave much time for family

Pros

Good pay, less stressful than many kitchen jobs, guaranteed break times no matter what, good benefits

Cons

Communicating with managers is almost impossible. There are too many managers, and they are unaware of what the other ones do. The lead who writes my schedule changes constantly and I get a schedule that doesnt even make sense Ill go a week or more without seeing them (Different shifts they are at another store etc) and when I finally do talk to them they tell me to ignore what the app says. When I do that it dings me on points that affect how much PTO i accrue.
