Pay was above average, much better than other retail employers.
Cons
No regard for desired hours. You're asked how many hours you'd like to work when onboarded, then managers give you whatever they feel like. Shifts will often take over your entire day, so say goodbye to your social life.

This is the worst job I have ever had. I made it 3 weeks before leaving and never coming back. They had me working 12 hour shifts when I was scheduled for 8 but couldn’t leave because I wasn’t finished with the large workload they piled on me. There was absolutely no teamwork, our manager just abandoned us so they could go hang out with their friends. There was no organization, no structure. 100% sure my manager never even knew my name. They had us breaking down pallets just to restack them. There are no consequences for management at all, they can basically do whatever they want and nobody is gonna do anything to stop it. If they're short they throw you into different departments with no training.
