Pros
The company has easy work for its employees, can become full time after 60 days instead of 90 days, as long as you show up for work you will have a job (hard to get fired), they give monthly performances bonus, and annual profit sharing bonus.
Cons
Production work 60 hours a week, no career advancements, no college tuition reimbursement, company only matches up to 3% with the 401K plan, production has to work holidays, and PTO has to be earned (takes employees 3 years to earn 80 hours of PTO). The company doesn't offer any personal time!
