Thank you for leaving this feedback. We are happy to hear that you believe in the strong footing our product has in the current space, and we are also confident that changes we are making to focus on product lines will serve our customers and their needs. These were created in collaboration with many different functions to ensure customer centric alignment across the business and we are only just starting to roll them out. We will continue to welcome feedback across the organization to ensure we are set up for success. Our ED&I work is certainly a work in progress, as acknowledged in our Inclusion Report. This is a multi-year strategy and our hope is that the Director being hired will help us with ensuring the right level of focus on the ongoing initiatives across the company, and to help identify the right level of resourcing behind the specific programs we roll out.
