Pros
They give you points for selling certain items that you can use later to get things from there rewards program.
Cons
Work alone a lot. No time to use bathroom or take a break. If you cannot work for a long period of time you have to quit. Job is not secure. Pay is minimum. They do not compensate hard working employees. Everyone gets the same pay race. Usually a few cents. In 5 years I have gone from $8.25/hr to $9.10/hr. So it does not matter if you kill yourself working or just stand around.
