      Employee discount. Building relationships with the customers.

      Cons

      45 hrs a week required. Upper management has no idea what you do daily. Unrealistic expectations and no one in upper management will help you complete these goals.

      Loved working around beauty products.

      Cons

      Upper management and pay are horrible. Liked most co workers but some extremely lazy. Hair color training is lacking and the only thing they care about is sales, not a care if you mess someone’s hair up.
