Pros
Employee discount is nice and that they allow you to also build rewards points to get cash off. As part time the schedule is pretty flexible. You can shop with Cosmo Prof (Professional Store) without a license using your employee account number.
Cons
LOTS OF WORK for not much pay, ask you to do what most other companies ask of their assistant managers. Not many hours are given because of being over staffed. Good luck getting a weekend off as they have "demand hours" to meet. If UPT and Credit card quota isn't met then hours get cut even more.
