Pros
The environment is often friendly and despite there being nearly two hundred employees, can feel close-knit. Management likes to promote from within.
Cons
Sometimes promotions are denied because individuals are too valuable to lose in current positions, which is bad for morale. Overtime is constant and mandatory. The president seems to think the employees owe him loyalty and can act childish when he thinks he is not getting it.
