Pros
I was paid on time and my coworkers are great.
Cons
The CEO is incredibly unprofessional, out of touch with reality, and lacks fundamental leadership skills, showing little concern for employee success or well-being. They reject cost-of-living pay raises, and any positive thing given to an employee is then later used against them. The entire leadership strategy is based on fear, with unrealistic expectations and threats when goals aren’t met. The CEO and CFO lie constantly, propose absolutely unattainable rewards, and operate with extreme unethical behavior, creating a culture of distrust. Their focus is solely on immediate profits, with no long-term vision for the company’s future. They provide little to no customer support and have even berated employees for offering account management. The entire company exists to serve the egos of the "Executive Team" with no real regard for employees or customers. In fact they push employees to write positive reviews for them on here and write fake ones themselves. It's bad, like really really bad. Even recruiters now ask employees how they have stayed as long as they have. Everyone is looking to leave and some have even left for less money, just to get out. Meanwhile, the CFO, also Head of HR, lacks empathy and yells at or insults employees as a primary form of communication. The workplace is unprofessional, morale is always low, and employee turnover is constant due to the most toxic leadership I have experienced at any company.
