Pros
Getting paid on time (when checks don't bounce) Nice commission checks (when your not cheated on sales count) Learning how to sell and talk to random customers Building a sales drive with positive attitude from supervisors.
Cons
This company is the same as RBD and now salesmakers inc New name, same nasty taste in your mouth. The training is limited and bland. Most training is VIA internet network streaming an online tests. Once your trained for a few days your thrown out to the sharks without guidance. If there is any slight notice you don't fit the bill you are kick out of the program. You are monitored almost every day even on your days of by mandatory joining a social chat with other employees. Also kept on a leash like demolition man using GPS to track you like a hound. Expected to use your own data if you don't get company phone. Pushed and pushed to drive sales with bulk text messages, males and that chat thing. Sometimes you have a constant work set and sometimes your told not to work without much notice. This job is not for adults trying to make a living. This is for young kid summer jobs. Or to build your resume to find a more better stable position. Don't know why they think they can get adult employees with such a unstable position. Seasonal at most if you don't live in a warm climate area. Don't fall into the trap of potential future jobs that lead to higher positions because no one seems to last a year without being canned until they find what they are not looking for. Kind of like a single mom on a dating website. This job will have you stressed, worried, and take time form your regular life. You will almost be happy you were canned seriously... I am not using this as a personal rant i am being honest and helping others from being mislead-ed.
