Pros

- very attractive product, no shortage of interest - excellent team, everyone has each others backs - small enough that there aren't any politics/drama to wade through, refreshing if you come from a larger company where drama is a normal day

Cons

- typical start up cons: budget, process, bandwidth etc.. not ideal for the "B" player

We're sorry you didn't have a great experience at SalesHood. The sales development team was not effectively managed. There are a lot of lessons learned about that team and the sales development function at SalesHood that we have improved. Happy to talk through this anytime. It's important to note that the new hire SDR training and ongoing training provided was never completed by the SDR team.
