Pros

Its work from home so that's a plus.

Cons

Dont get your hopes up. This job starts out fine with the training and the people are meh. If you are a social butterfly this job is not for you. Then they dump you with a manager that's 50/50. Some managers are great, they let you be you and trust that your work will be fine and leave you alone. The other half spy on you, watch you, micromanage you from the gate. Even if its not your fault they will make it seem like its all on you. The belittlement from the entitled higher ups will stress you to the point of breaking. You start at the bottom of the barrel and itll take years, years ok, to finally get noticed. The PTO that "unlimited" is a joke. Know right now that there is nothing unlimited about it. Itsa scam by the CEO. You will get nailed for everything whether you are sick, child is sick, break your arm, get run over by a car, you will be expected to work 8am EST to 8pm EST or until 400 dials+ are met. Commissions suck. Managers are I charge of them and unless you are "close" and "friendly" with them you wont see them fully. HR doesn't care either, they're all buddy buddy and blow you off if you aren't in their little *click. Do yourself a favor and walk away, revoke your application and go somewhere else. Your mindset and mental health will explode and they will dock you for the mental health exam you're going to need from them.

Pros

Training is extensive but helpful remote work managers/coworkers are nice and helpful

Cons

cold calling 400-500 people a day low base pay and commission daily meeting with your team/ hour long 1:1s with manager weekly /meeting with strategists I was under the impression when i started there was flexibility to your day/schedule...there is not. you are required to be on the phone for 6-6.5 hours daily..plus EOD reports..plus daily meetings as said above for different reasons...not just cold calling but emailing also..the list goes on and on. They say no micromanaging, but there is. You HAVE to show "available" on slack all day long and your calendar must be updated every day or they WILL throw random meetings on your calendar that you must attend or you get in trouble and you get no warning or heads up. so in other words, you can't just do your job that they hire you to do like you don't have enough to do as there is. No PTO for 90 days, and if you take time off in the first 90 days or after and it isn't approved, you get docked by their "point system" which is ridiculous. also to add...my training class (all training classes are held for 2 weeks) started with 9 people, and before the end of week 2 was over, we were down to 6 people and i doubt they will have half of those left by end of month 1 (mostly due to unrealistic expectations)
