Pros

the pay is somewhat decent

Cons

THIS IS A "WHITE" company first and foremost. If you are a person of color, you have no chance of working here, or moving up to a promotion, if you are lucky enough to get the job. It really is 99.9% all white people, and they fire employees who point this out. They have super micro management style, always a supervisor breathing down your neck. they lie about everything here. there is no "unlimited paid time off" policy like they advertise. there is no "culture". This company promotes illegal methods of contact for prospects. This includes that if a prospect is on a do not call list, that we are made to call them from our own personal cell phone number to get around this and continue to solicit them. This job offers very little in terms of freedoms. They will dock your pay illegally at every chance they are given. They make promises that they turn around and break, and they're infamous for a CEO that comes into your meeting and curses out the entire sales department because an employee left without giving a two weeks notice. There is no reason you should work for a company that is filled with more scum and villainy than the mos eisley cantina from star wars. You will literally be working for the slave driver, emperor palpatine, and all the evil that he is.

Pros

Training is extensive but helpful remote work managers/coworkers are nice and helpful

Cons

cold calling 400-500 people a day low base pay and commission daily meeting with your team/ hour long 1:1s with manager weekly /meeting with strategists I was under the impression when i started there was flexibility to your day/schedule...there is not. you are required to be on the phone for 6-6.5 hours daily..plus EOD reports..plus daily meetings as said above for different reasons...not just cold calling but emailing also..the list goes on and on. They say no micromanaging, but there is. You HAVE to show "available" on slack all day long and your calendar must be updated every day or they WILL throw random meetings on your calendar that you must attend or you get in trouble and you get no warning or heads up. so in other words, you can't just do your job that they hire you to do like you don't have enough to do as there is. No PTO for 90 days, and if you take time off in the first 90 days or after and it isn't approved, you get docked by their "point system" which is ridiculous. also to add...my training class (all training classes are held for 2 weeks) started with 9 people, and before the end of week 2 was over, we were down to 6 people and i doubt they will have half of those left by end of month 1 (mostly due to unrealistic expectations)
