Very difficult place to work - Business Development SalesForce4Hire Employee Review

• Very rigid hours - must arrive by 8 and leave by 5, period - zero flexibility • A great deal of mistrust • Unhealthy work culture - everyone seems to be out for someone • So much office gossip and drama • Some employees are untouchable (and are usually the ones creating the fear and mistrust) • No defined work processes and near impossible to implement changes • No raises, no reviews for any worker while I was there
