You got a lot of freedom and you can talk to your supervisor/bosses directly for whatever new ideas/proposals. The culture is open.

You need to work hard coz it is not a big company and the bosses demand quality. You can't be lazy.

You get enough confidence to face any pressure situation and you can get to known the worst politics part in IT industry

Ugly work culture, worst management, very few straight forward persons in there, cheap politics, no work life balance. Not a complete email marketing company. It runs based on only one client. Etc etc. lot of work no direction. useless people sit in management. always saying per say per say per say. poor management strategy
