Pros

able to get to the root of the clients issues. separating money from the true underlying problem at the current position. Focuses on quality of life and making sure the move is for the right reason, Avoiding the "two and out" jobs that are heavy on commission and turnover.

Cons

not so much a downside but a smaller business with all the benefits of a larger organization with less people behind the scenes

Pros

Excellent training, experienced Supervisor, One of the best working envirorments I have had. We worked hard but had great support from our team Leaders. The owner is one of the best recuiter/ recruiting managers I have ever seen. Excellent with the customer base, was great with our training and our ability to supply quality detail to our customers so they could make good hiring decisions.

Cons

Recruiting not for everyone. Its a time demanding position to do it right. That said work /life balance was good at least for me .

Pros

Skilled upper management. Excellent work environment. Position is harder than it appears, but management provides excellent training that enables us to become more proficient in our job. Position has solid income potential, but management is realistic explaining how and why they are earning the level of income they are. The sales recruiters in this company work hard and are committed to the projects they work on.. Good for Companies and candidates they commit to . If you have a position that needs to have a high quality sales producer to do, they are very good at digging to find and attract high quality people for their companies they are recruiting for.

Cons

This is a hard job, with lots of downside if you dont want to work hard and get better at your skills... Not for everyone.....
