Good place if you are looking to earn side money besides preparing for higher education or any other job since the office ends around 4 pm.
Cons
BPO company hence zero chance of growth here. If you plan on staying here, you will not experience any growth neither any salary hike. The management is entirely Australia based. They often promise to take you to Australia after 5 years of employment but thats just a bluf. There are employees who have been working long enough to avail this opportunity but they have never been offered such opportunity.
