Pros
A good start if you are a fresh graduate. Friendly environment, Gen-Z people, bare toxicity, very less office politics, everyone works on their own, two days weekends, no overtime work.
Cons
Very little growth in the long run, no public holidays, no lunch/breakfast, no work from home, no insurance or gratuity.
