Pros
-Great mix of work doing both strategic level growth planning as well as working side by side with clients executing improvements to sales & marketing departments -Firm has grown fast and has a bright future with solid leadership and PE backing; tons of opportunity for those who are ready to take it -They have found a good balance of hiring people with previous consulting at reputable firms and people with practical sales/marketing analytics experience -Firm sees the need for digital strategy in all future work and has been investing appropriately -In comparison to other firms they generally travel less. Heavily dependent on client preference and project manager but can often get away with 2 nights/week never worse than 3 -Firm rewards employees weekly and at bi-yearly events
Cons
-It's consulting, the work is fast paced and can be high pressure, especially if you want to climb the ranks. There will be weeks with long hours and tight deadlines. On the whole most leadership realizes when a team has been grinding and try to make it worth it. Only looked at work on the weekend twice in my year there -While pay is good benefits outside of that aren't on par with the level of the firm they aspire to be
