I’m honestly super happy working here. The work environment is so supportive, and being at the Avalon just makes it even better. The team vibes are amazing, everyone has a great attitude, and it’s such a collaborative atmosphere where you can grow. The company culture is honestly chef’s kiss. People are kind, supportive, and they genuinely care about you as a person, not just an employee. They don’t treat you like a robot. It’s an encouraging, happy place to be, and I feel lucky to be surrounded by such smart and amazing people.

Honestly, no cons. The company is wonderful and so are the people and it’s a privilege to be part of it at this stage.
