Some of the most talented creatives in your corner making everything you want look beautiful and engaging. Being part of a seriously foody culture where Friday lunchtimes are time to stop work and enjoy a little feast together before we go into the weekend. No bull***t from anyone, and that's no small thing in my previous experience. Birthdays off, office-wide Friday music competitions complete with tiny trophy up for grabs, a trustworthy environment where no-one's watching the clock, lots of tech goodies, good banter, flamingos hidden in the office - the usual.

Beautiful, sun-kissed seaside stroll to the office becomes hurricane weather in the winter and you should wear something heavy so you don't blow away. There's never enough Muji pens in the cupboard because we all steal them.
