Just love working here. - Salesforce Developer Sairoop Technologies Employee Review

Sairoop is a wonderful company to work for and has a great work culture. The management is very easy to talk to and they practice an open door policy here. Started working here a few months ago and everyone has been very kind and helped me settle into the new work environment beautifully. It has been an excellent learning experience for me as I get to learn so much more about recruitment, writing blogs and the administrative side of the business.

Sairoop is like a small fish in a big pond and I think it will work to their advantage as they learn from their mistakes and grow their business. Although there will be challenges in the way Sairoop has nothing to lose.

The team here is very thoughtful and supportive. Its a small company, but that carries the benefits of getting to know each other very well, and everyone being quite reasonable in all manner of things. As part of a rapidly growing company, its certainly very dynamic, and that flow keeps things quite interesting!

As with many small companies, initiatives and increased responsibilities have to be created by those who desire them and this one's no different. Certainly, its a challenge,but such is the nature of all small businesses.
