Pros
The compensations are good. World class EPC contractor. Salary is paid on time. Good exposure to new engineering technologies.
Cons
The senior management are not supportive. During my time, there were about 8 resignations all across several departments due to lack of appreciation and toxic environment. Managers are actually empowered to steal your credit and lower your morals. Only work there for gaining experience and reputation. don't stay long they are not promoting good leaders. they only promote whoever is having connections with the management!
