Unprofessional hiring staff - Anonymous employee Saint-Gobain Employee Review

I interviewed over the phone and then I went in for an in-person interview, which I thought went extremely well. The people who interviewed me said they would contact me, and weeks went by and I never heard anything. I contacted the HR department to follow up and didn't receive a response. Completely unprofessional. If this is any indicator of how management operates and treats its potential employees, I'm glad I didn't waste any more of my time!
