Ok - Administrative Assistant Sain Associates Employee Review

Sain has a very good professional environment. They love events spending breakfast together lunches together.. they care about their employees. You must dress professional, speak, professional act, professional at all times. My position was eliminated. I’m not sure why, I really enjoyed working there and I was very disappointed that they eliminated my job. The owners are wonderful people and the staff are wonderful people especially the civil department. They are the best team I worked with.

They do not like suggestions. Your clothes must be extremely presentable. To receive the 401k match you must work there six years.

Small business, family atmosphere, flexible hours, especially if you have children.

Pay is ok but not competitive. Overtime is pretty common, but most employees are hourly so the pay reflects the extra hours.
