Not a single of pros, but never join this company. The management is useless and the HR is even worse
Cons
No hikes and bare minimum salary with atleast 3 months of serve period.
I had to make a bond of 3 years and had no salary during the lockdown and was forced to stay in the company

Healthy organization that discusses and shares the common goal - Grow and let grow Management and employee interactions are really good Individual teams, heads and management always encourages the talent and resources to come up with the new ideas either in the successful completion of projects or new products Really helped many resources to get trained on various skills that are lacking personally Adapts to new opportunities and changes
