Sounds like they might do regular cuts much like Oracle. Product can be slow to come out with new/needed/requested features. Marketing is still very much lagging. They promote a lot of success on slides but nobody is seeing the results on the streets. upper to senior leaders have completely lost touch of what it's like at the street level.
