Cons
Worst management EVER. They attempt to show appreciation by a $25 raffle each month 😹 They look down on their employees (racist undertones, truly) which is very obvious in the way they communicate in e-mails and the way they raise concerns. They pretend to have an “open-door” policy but truly do NOT care for the well-being of their virtual assistants. They see their employees as moneybags and that’s it. Withholds pay, delayed payments are met with snarky attitude telling VA’s to be patient but they extend the same courtesy when VA’s are having a hard time.
