      Pros

      Home every night, great pay, great work environment,New/Newer equipment, Great benefits. Great management. Family driven

      Cons

      Some long hours at times, also it is still a corporate company so there are blanket policies that make sense for a big city but not for rural America. I will say though SAIA is the only cooperate company I have worked for where they do try to adjust accordingly.

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

      Cons

      No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
