      Good pay Not micromanaged All major holidays off

      Company does not truly believe in their core values the push at you constantly Everyone is replaceable Business needs always come first Company is not transparent Be aware you are just a number Benefits are not great They will take perks from the employees to save the company money

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

      Cons

      No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
