      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Check comes every week.

      Cons

      Absolutely no respect from the company. Management will chew you up and use you as much as they desire. No work/ home life balance for a Monday to Friday job. Local management out of the Minneapolis area is terrible. They love to pretend everything is okay while running things like clowns.

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

      Cons

      No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
