Pros
I've been associated with Sahl Communications for the past six years. I've worked remotely and have worked very closely with the CEO and senior leadership. I've spent years supporting and consulting this team. The company mission is strong and something the world needs. The leadership, especially the CEO, takes the mission to heart and helps further the goals of their clients. This team really has the clients best interest at heart. The goals made from the mission are expected to be carried out by the whole team. The leadership recently had to make serious changes based on needing to reach client and company goals. I've watched as the CEO went through rigorous counseling, training and coaching to do everything possible to ensure the mission stays at the top of mind of ALL employees. This team is great to work with, work for and I will continue to support them.
Cons
The only con really isn't a con but a learning curve for the CEO. Make sure the right people are in the right seat. Do hire from the heart hire from the head, continue to hold the mission in the heart.
