They can sometimes offer incentives each month, but they don't tell you until you get paid.

Cons

They can sometimes offer incentives each month, but they don't tell you until you get paid. Management has no structure and always has an attitude. Pay is low and employees have no autonomy. You go through weeks of training and then let you get to the production floor and completely change everything. This in turn affects your QA monthly grades which is based n your bonus. Its just like you can't win for losing.

Job is remote and people are friendly

Pros

I enjoy working for the company and appreciate the growth opportunities it offers. As long as you do your job well and stay consistent, there are good opportunities to advance fairly quickly. For my experience my trainer was great when I started.

Cons

It seems obvious that the camera is being used for monitoring and micromanaging. The system is already monitored during production, so I do not believe the camera is necessary. I also do not fully agree with the explanation that it is only for the client or because of sensitive information. In my opinion, it feels more like Sagility is using it to closely watch agents and make sure they are doing their jobs, even though QA already provides visibility into their work through screen monitoring.
