      Terrible company! - Customer Service Representative (CSR) Sagility Employee Review

      Pros

      Training is easy, great for getting csr experience.

      Cons

      I worked here for less than 90 days. A majority of my training class and several others were 'Laid Off' due to low call volume. This was a complete lie. The calls never stopped. We didn't even have thirty seconds between calls before another came. They even had us volunteering to work weekends to keep up with the busy calls. In the end they said it was a temporary position (lie). The pay of $13 an hour isnt worth it. Be careful if you work for this company.

      Pros

      Ability to be remote in the comfort of my home and the great team I had that will be lifelong friends.

      Cons

      1. The $5000 end of contract bonus that was promised to us at completion of our contract, never was given to us. 2. Contract ended a month & a half before it was supposed to. 3. Micromanagement is unbelievable especially with the two Ai systems they’re going to incorporate - very invasive in my home. Don’t like that at all. 4. We were always given the runaround when we asked about the bonus, metrics, etc. - no one could ever give us a straight forward answer.
