      Being able to work from the comfort of my home while helping and assisting others

      No room for growth Dysfunction in order to processes Don't appreciate good employee Making good employees suffer while being monitored by a camera system start in September Firing ppl during shifts with no explanation having a take it or leave it attitude when it comes to employees being switch over for whatever reason and decreasing Pay and layoff with no further notice Discrimination and Disrespectful higher ups

      Pros

      Ability to be remote in the comfort of my home and the great team I had that will be lifelong friends.

      Cons

      1. The $5000 end of contract bonus that was promised to us at completion of our contract, never was given to us. 2. Contract ended a month & a half before it was supposed to. 3. Micromanagement is unbelievable especially with the two Ai systems they’re going to incorporate - very invasive in my home. Don’t like that at all. 4. We were always given the runaround when we asked about the bonus, metrics, etc. - no one could ever give us a straight forward answer.
