Pros
You have a chance to do something that actually makes a positive difference in someone else's life. You get to help people on a practical level. You're able to provide support to people who badly need it.
Cons
The company is very disorganized. All the managers say different things. Not all of the team leads are ready to be in their positions. Very difficult to meet their quotas. A lot of work in not enough time. I haven't taken a break in weeks.
