Pros

I am a new joiner. Been here only a little over a year and every single day of this duration, I have been reminded (by various ways) why my decision has been a phenomenal career move. Sagility empowers me, truly gives me the opportunity to be my own self and use my learnings to help build an organization for the future. I’m greatful for the trust as well that both the senior leadership and my teams bestows upon me… this environment of trust allows me to be vulnerable without the fear of being judged and that matters in the way I put in effort and deliver results.

Cons

No organization is perfect, Sagility is definitely not… but Sagility does have the intent to get better every single day.

Pros

Sagility Health provides an opportunity to gain experience in healthcare claims processing and work with a large healthcare client. The remote work setup and standard daytime schedule are positives, and the role can provide exposure to healthcare operations and insurance processes.

Cons

My experience was challenging due to inconsistent guidance and unclear documentation requirements. There were situations where quality expectations seemed to change depending on who was providing feedback, making it difficult to feel confident that work was being completed correctly. Communication between teams and leadership could be improved to ensure employees receive consistent direction and support. Training and ongoing coaching varied depending on the individual providing assistance, which sometimes created confusion and unnecessary stress. For a role that requires accuracy and attention to detail, having clear and standardized expectations is essential.
