      Highly politicized culture Kissing up to your bosses appears to be expected to get anywhere Poor work culture and very little communication. Silos appear to be the norm Disagreeing with a coworker turns into a race to see who can get their idea done first

      Remote, enjoyable co workers, salary.

      Cons

      At least 3-4 layoffs a year. To many upper management that don’t know what they are doing. Hiring overseas and replacing workers in the US.
