However, the most distressing aspect was the blatant discrimination displayed by upper management, which led to the departure of three highly competent female managers. The appointment of a male team member who consistently discriminated against female colleagues and verbally demeaned them was a shocking and unacceptable decision. This unfortunate choice by upper management only fueled a toxic atmosphere, where fear and mistrust prevailed among the team. The departure of three skilled female managers further highlighted the severity of the issue, leaving behind a void that was never adequately addressed. In light of these disturbing experiences, I must urge potential employees to think twice before considering SageSure as an employer. The combination of poor work-life balance and an incompetent upper management team perpetuates an environment that fosters discrimination and undermines the well-being of its employees. I hope this review serves as a warning for the company to address these issues immediately, fostering a more inclusive, respectful, and supportive workplace culture.
