Pros
I work with whom I consider the top talent in the industry and they encourage me to grow as a smart creative. We are a tight-knit team that grows and nurtures the company together. We are family. During day to day operations I am given opportunity to learn and master my craft with the support of my peers. My supervisor treats each one of us with great interest and respect. I love working for Saga Communications because my voice is heard. Not only is it heard but I am given the resources and control to see my ideas to fruition. The interactive team creates meaningful user first products and services that set us apart from the pack. Cons
There are not many cons that come to mind but I have a few that I’d like to share. There are times when we pour our heart and soul into the projects we create for our markets. On occasion there is a lack of follow through on the client side such as lack of content and not taking advantages of advanced features. We are always looking for ways to improve engagement at the content management and user level.
