Pros

Everybody on the floor is nice, it is air conditioned, you get more than a week off for Christmas, flexible-ish schedule(unless they can't live without you),

Cons

Management does more harm than good and it gets worse the higher you go up the ladder, plant is struggling to make a profit versus the cheap labor available in Mexico, if you care about what you do you will find they basically want you there 24/7, low support head count leads to a ton of work and extra hours, oh and the position is salary, pay is also low for similar jobs in the area but minus the hours and management issue I would say the job is worth working for.
